Happy New Year!
A quiet celebration was held at Anadaré on Lopez Island by eating simply (favorite snacks - some of them were even healthy!), watching 4 movies in order to stay awake until midnight (crocheting socks and beading a box while watching - of course), a quiet toast to the New Year with my husband and a cup of tea, and a good night's sleep amidst the quiet of the island. It does, however, make us sound old.....
